Pharmaceutical care to hospital patients from the standpoint of pharmacological security
Abstract
The article presents the results of a study of the organization of medical and pharmaceutical assistance on the phase of resuscitation and intensive therapy according to the pharrmacological security. This problem is becoming increasingly important because of the specificity of the effects of drugs. Efficiently and competently organized process of circulation of medicinal preparations (requests, receipt, storage, using) enables both efficiency and safety of pharmacological tactics of therapy. To ensure pharmacological security including coordination and harmonization of professional activities of a resuscitation specialist and a pharmacist during drug therapy, it is necessary to consider not always favourable impact of key parameters of used drugs.
