Approaches to quality control for social and health services in social hospital institutions
Abstract
Objective: to estimate the quality for health and social services in social care institutions. The article notes demographic shift to the direction of aging. An increase of the proportion of people who need social services is shown. Share of population who has a need in social services increases and there is a necessity of assessment of quality of these cesvises. The organizational and methodological approaches to quality control for social and health services in social institutions and the results of their assessment are presented.
