Hygienic assessment of drinKing water quality of groundwater sources in Irkutsk region
Abstract
The comparative hygienic assessment of the characteristics of the formation of drinking water from underground sources of the Irkutsk region has been conducted. It was revealed that priority substances in case of an assessment of coefficient of Ks are iron salts, manganese, ammonia, nitrates, magnesium. Not cancerogenic risk for the adult and teenage population does not exceed regulation equal 1, for the children’s population in six territories exceeds and constitutes 1,08-1,5. In five territories higher cancerogenic risk (10-4 - 10-5) is established where the main contribution is made by arsenic.
