СИНДРОМ ОБСТРУКТИВНОГО АПНОЭ СНА, АССОЦИИРОВАННЫЙ С ГАСТРОЭЗОФАГЕАЛЬНОЙ РЕФЛЮКСНОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ
Аннотация
Сочетание гастроэзофагельной рефлюксной болезни и синдрома обструктивного апноэ сна (СОАС) является распространенной проблемой. Однозначного мнения по взаимосвязи, частоте встречаемости, течению и алгоритмах диагностики СОАС у пациентов с гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью, на данный момент, нет. Множество различных и даже противоположных мнений, касающихся указанных взаимосвязей, являются основанием для проведения дополнительных исследований в этой области.
