A new methodology for quantifying postpartum endometritis
Abstract
We have developed a method of quantifying the severity of postpartum endometritis. The technique has the objective specificity and sensitivity and enables statistical processing. The development was carried out by two methods: a consistent statistical analysis and expert Wald. The new method allows to determine the severity of the clinical manifestations of endometritis in postpartum women in scores before and after treatment and to quantify the effectiveness of treatment with the computation of reliability criteria. New approaches make it possible to compare objectively the different therapies and conduct controlled trials
