ENDOSCOPIC REMOVAL OF THE TRIKHOBEZOZARA STOMACH COMPLICATED BY OBTURATION GASTRIC PENDABILITY

Abstract

A rare clinical case of diagnosis and nonoperative treatment of big trichobezoar described, in the pregnant patient of 20 years old with obstructive gastric obstruction. Part of the trichobezoar was extracted by endoscopy under intravenous anesthesia with the elimination of gastric obstruction. The remains of the bezoar were evacuated naturally after washing the stomach through a nasogastric tube.
