THE SEROLOGICAL AND MOLECULAR-GENETIC MARKERS OF ACUTE CYTOMEGALOVIRAL INFECTION IN ADULT MEN
Abstract
The aim of investigation was to detect of serological and molecular-genetic markers of acute cytomegaloviral infection (CMVI) in adult men. 44 men with different diseases have been observed for markers of acute CMV infection. The middle age of men was 32,3±1,7 old years. For verification of the diagnosis of acute CMV infection the immunoassay method and polymerase chain reaction have been used. The diagnosis of the acute CMV infection have been confirmed by same results of serological and molecular-genetic diagnostics.
