Abstract

Objectives of the Research: the objectives of the research are to analyze the licensee structure of the private healthcare system and to determine the dynamics and tendencies. For the 8-year period from 2006 to 2013, a fundamental (reverse) change in the license structure of the private healthcare system took place in Altai Krai. We have determined the average annual ratio of the Altai Krai private healthcare organizations engaged in compulsory health insurance. Having been observed by us in 2004, the tendency towards increase in the number of legal entities and their growth, as well as towards decrease in the number of sole traders in Altai Krai, has been completely presented in the structure characteristics of the license register of the regional private healthcare system.
