Legal developments of the federal law no. 44-ФЗ and their influence on the management of goods, works, and services procurement by healthcare organizations
Abstract
Objectives of the Research: The objectives of the research are to study specific aspects of the legal developments of the Federal Law No. 44-ФЗ adopted in 2014, to analyze their influence on the management of the healthcare procurement procedures, to find out the existing discrepancies and to offer optimal amendments to the statutory regulations of this section.
