Study of composition of phenolic compounds of Euphrasia pectinata Ten. growing in the Baikal region by HPLC method
Abstract
The study of the phenolic compounds in aboveground organs of Euphrasia pectinata Ten. growing in the Baikal region. This research was done with the HPLC method and was studied with «GILSTON» instrument. 15 compounds were identified (flavonoids, phenolic acids, coumarins, tanninum). Predominant components: dihydroquercetin, luteolin, diosmetin-7- β-D -glucuronozide; phenolcarbonic acids - gallic acid, caffeic acid.
