РАННЯЯ РЕПОЛЯРИЗАЦИЯ ЖЕЛУДОЧКОВ: КРИТЕРИИ ДИАГНОЗА, СТРАТИФИКАЦИЯ РИСКА

Аннотация

В обзоре рассматриваются современные диагностические критерии паттерна ранней реполяризации желудочков. Представлены данные литературы о частоте паттерна ранней реполяризации желудочков в различных группах: в общей популяции, среди больных, переживших остановку сердца, среди родственников лиц с внезапной сердечной смертью. Изложены современные взгляды на электрофизиологические механизмы, представления о единстве механизмов при ранней реполяризации желудочков и синдроме Бругада, роль наследственности. Рассматриваются различия между паттерном и синдромом ранней реполяризации желудочков, стратификация риска с применением Шанхайской шкалы для выявления пациентов, нуждающихся в профилактике внезапной смерти
