Abstract

The article presents a new scientific and organizational concept of the children’s outpatient surgery center based on Children’s City Clinical hospital named after N.F. Filatov since 1992. In patients following streams are formed along the lines of the center units: elective surgery, pediatric orthopedics, pediatric oncology, uroandrology and purulent surgery. The medical-diagnostic process consists in 3 stages: pre-hospital, hospital and post-hospital. An important part of the center is the follow-up care and follow-up monitoring of the operated patients. A multidisciplinary approach allows not only to identify the main etiological relation, but also to develop pathogenetic reasonable treatment option. The ultimate purpose of treatment program - a dynamic observation of the patient before the 18 years.
