Conceptual approaches to estimation of professionally significantpersonal qualities of medical workers
Abstract
Results of the study revealed a different incidence of low levels of professionally significant personal qualities (PSPQ) in health care workers in relation to each specialty. So, doctors compared to other health care providers have low performance qualities such as punctuality, politeness, fairness, activities, contacts / actions. The percentage of compliance was optimal PSPQ for staff - 33,3, nursing - 43,0, for doctors - 44,4 and NFM administration - 57. Assessing the optimal set of PSPQ for each group of medical experts, we have developed a computer program “Assessment of professional psychological suitability of medical workers,” which is intended for the personnel department of medical institutions, as well as to assess the suitability of applicants entering the medical universities and colleges.
