VASCULAR DISEASES OF THE LIVER
Abstract
The paper presents two clinical cases of patients with diseases of the blood vessels of the portal system and the hepatic veins. The main attention is paid to thrombosis. In the first case, in the manifest picture of liver cirrhosis in patient analysis the attention is paid to marked changes in coagulation, accompanied by a decrease of the level of physiological anticoagulants. In the latter case the differentiation depth required in view of the young age of the patient. All the cases are complex diagnostic search with an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity with duplex scanning of the liver vessels, mesentericosplenoportography, that allows to verify the diagnosis and determine the future tactics and treatment.
